While it might seem possible with intense treatments like chemicals or heat, the truth is that bed bugs are incredibly resilient, and getting rid of them—especially during a large infestation—requires time, multiple methods, and ongoing vigilance.

1. Bed Bugs Hide in Many Places

These pests can squeeze into tiny spaces the width of a credit card, making them hard to detect and access.
